Condolence: I had the honor & privilege to know Russ, during my representation of Mary Lou. He respectfully bowed out, realizing that though he was significantly impacted by the turmoil of the legal matters involving Mary Lou & her daughter & the three grandchildren, he had no legal role to play. Too often, 2nd spouses get to44o immersed, they push their views. Not Russ. Technically, I represented him, too. He had my ongoing respect for the adult way he approached the entire matter.
