Condolence From: Alesia Payne
Condolence: I met Howard Setzer through my work at his insurance company...but he was also my neighbor on the next road over from where I lived. My grandchildren loved riding our golf cart over to “see the donkeys”. Howard always had baby ones. He was such a nice man and always had a smile. Rest in Peace.
