Obituary for Cathy S. Cooke (Colvin)
Cathy S. (Colvin) Cooke, 63, of Monrovia, went to be with the Lord on March 10, 2019. She was born to George and Carol (Goff) Colvin on June 4, 1955 in Indianapolis. She graduated from Monrovia High School in 1973.
Cathy is survived by two loving sons, Joel Cooke of Monrovia and Jacob Cooke of Martinsville; four loving grandchildren; loving father, George Colvin of Monrovia; and a brother, David (Vicki) Colvin of Monrovia. She is preceded in death by her mother, Carol Colvin.
For the past seven years, Cathy was an Assistant Manager for Subway in Monrovia. Previously, she worked for Publix Store in Clearwater, FL. She enjoyed reading, watching movies, camping, and especially loved her dogs. She lived in Monrovia for the past 10 years.
Family and friends can show their love and support from 11 a.m. - 12 p.m. on Wednesday, March 13th with Cathy's celebration of life service starting at 12 p.m. at Jones Family Mortuary in Mooresville. Cathy will be laid to rest at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in Hall.
